Rigo and Cecilia Garcia, Owners
After 20 years in the Coachella Valley in the restaurant business, Rigo Garcia is now living out his lifelong dream as the proud owner of Fresh Agave. He started, like many do, as dishwasher and busboy. As a server at a popular Mexican restaurant in Indian Wells he met his future wife, Cecilia. Prior to opening Fresh Agave, Rigo managed a Mexican restaurant on the famed El Paseo Drive in Palm Desert for many years. Rigo and Cecilia have been married over 15 years and are the proud parents of Carolina, Anthony and Alondra. As owners of Fresh Agave, they continuously strive to provide unparalleled customer service and a welcoming environment for every possible occasion.
Jesus Martin, Bar Manager
Like Fresh Agave proprietor Rigo, Jesus Martin has lived in the Coachella Valley and worked in the restaurant business for over a decade. During his 15 years in the industry, Jesus grew from dishwasher, to busboy, server, and now is a skilled bartender. Jesus strives to offer great customer service and feels that it is very important that our customers leave happy. He is as proud to be part of our growing family business as we are proud to have him.
